Matt and his staff were supportive, friendly, and catering to my requests, while also providing valuable insight that helped enhance my space even further.

Rose Building Group recently renovated my kitchen, and I am so thrilled with the outcome. From beginning to end Matt was nothing but supportive, helpful and truthful. Even when surprises came up during the demolition (as they often do with older homes), Matt was incredibly transparent and provided me with options to deal with the issues that arose. With previous contractors, I have felt bullied into a decision and then charged unfairly for the work. Matt was always very clear about his approach, and was always willing to hear my concerns and opinions. He understood it is my kitchen, and while I may not know all the rules of the trade, I know what I want in the end product.

Rose Building Group delivered on their promises. Having to order countertops often stretches out the build time. Rose Building Group worked around my schedule to minimize the time I was without a kitchen. Although it was only three weeks of actual work, Matt told me up front the actual build is largely dependent on the timeframe for the countertop so it was likely a 6-8 week project. This allowed me to create realistic expectations of when my kitchen would be finished, which allowed me to budget my time and costs accordingly.

I truly feel Matt treated my home renovation as if he were renovating his own. He spent a lot of attention to detail and assured the end product was exactly what I was hoping for. Although Matt wasn’t the lowest quote I received, I believe the end result and the ease of the process made it worth the extra cost. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Had Matthew come in to construct an addition to our wall to mount our TV onto as well as insert a fireplace underneath with the ledge stone finish. Did a great job and we’re very happy with the result.

Very professional and considerate of our home ensuring everything got swept up and nothing damaged. Friendly crew and had no issues at all.

I was very apprehensive taking on such a big project to renovate my main washroom. Matthew sensed this and did everything he could to make me feel more comfortable with the process by explaining detail by detail, opened to all my questions and suggestions. I appreciated this.
He also provided me with a day to day project plan which helped me along the journey and everything was delivered as promised. Having access to his resources helped me not only by having expertise in plumbing and tiling for which there is so much to choose from. I found these individuals amazing to work with, once again same style of listening and putting together the right options, making suggestions, that worked out beautifully and with discounts!!!
Our journey is now completed and the bathroom is even better than could have imagined and professionally finished that truly supports value for work and costs.

Complete Basement Renovation with Bathroom and Laundry Room
